What are they?
The Procedure Guide is here to provide resources to practitioners to learn procedures. But there’s no substitute for seeing procedures in person:
We've partnered with practicing physicians who have offered their days and facilities to shadow. They are currently all located in the Midwest in the USA.
You can learn interactively from experienced providers and even learn the ancillaries of a procedural practice:
- The practical considerations in ambulatory surgical centers or outpatient based labs.
- The workflow for staff
- The flow of patients
- Documentation considerations
- Staffing requirements
- And a variety of other small considerations that come from in person learning
Who are these days good for?
We designed shadowing days to target advanced practitioners such as recently graduated fellows or those starting out in independent practice that want to augment what they’ve learned from formal training.
Depending on your needs these can be useful for learning clinical or non clinical material.
The Details and Pricing
Each package below is a day that you can buy. There isn’t a formal curriculum or schedule. The goal is to just be present for a real day and you’ll be the only person there with the attending.
If you’re interested, contact us below so we can talk first. We want to make sure we know what you’re looking for so that we can make sure you have a valuable day. If it looks like we can be of help then we’ll arrange payment and scheduling.
